Mayborn Museum Brings Back Christmas Lights in the Village
Christmas Lights in the Village Returns to the Mayborn Museum for a Magical 1890s Holiday Experience
The Mayborn Museum is excited to welcome the community back for one of its most beloved holiday traditions—Christmas Lights in the Village, returning December 12–14 and 19–21, 2025, from 6:00–8:30 PM. Each year, the Governor Bill and Vara Daniel Historic Village transforms into a 1890s Christmas scene, glowing with thousands of lights.
Santa’s Workshop will be back, generously sponsored by Berkley, Kyle, Sawyer, and Bebe Knas, and Alice Starr. Children can design and decorate their very own Christmas cards to take home or share with loved ones.
Guests can also enjoy nightly Tree Lighting Ceremonies at 6:15 PM, stroll through historic buildings decorated for the season, and ride the Christmas Train, sponsored by McLane Children’s.
Tickets are $12 for general admission and $8 for museum members, available now at MaybornLights.com. Combo ticket options allow visitors to pair their Christmas Lights admission with a discounted daytime museum ticket.
