Non-Profit Membership
Annual Membership Fee: $200
The Non-Profit Membership is designed for qualifying agencies that provide direct services to underserved communities and organizations, including those focused on:
- Child services
- Family services
- Mental health support
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a Non-Profit Membership:
- The organization must be recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
- A letter verifying nonprofit status from the IRS must be submitted with the application.
- The Mayborn reserves the right to assess and determine membership eligibility.
- Organizations must complete the application form available on the Mayborn website for approval.
Membership Details
- Membership is issued in the organization’s name.
- Employees associated with the organization may be required to present a photo ID verifying employment.
- Once approved, organizations will receive an email containing:
- An invoice
- Check-in instructions
- Membership rules and guidelines
Admission Benefits
Each membership includes admission for:
- Up to 3 adult supervisors
- Up to 10 children or adult clients per visit
Organizations Not Eligible
The following organizations and groups are not eligible for the Non-Profit Membership:
- Public schools
- Private schools
- After-school programs
- Daycares
- Summer camps
- Home daycares
- Homeschool parents/teachers
- Schools
