Baylor Lifelong Learning Opens Spring Registration at the Mayborn Museum
Registration is now open for Spring Baylor Lifelong Learning (LLL) courses at the Mayborn Museum, continuing the museum’s commitment to providing meaningful learning opportunities that support a curious, connected, and healthy community.
Baylor Lifelong Learning is a volunteer-led program serving more than 540 members and offering adults ages 50 and over the chance to engage in lifelong learning through thoughtfully designed courses and shared experiences. Each semester, participants explore a wide range of subjects—including history, science, law, music, religion, and public affairs—while connecting with others who share a passion for learning.
Through LLL, the Mayborn Museum provides unique opportunities for community members to learn directly from Baylor University professors, retired faculty, and local experts, and to engage with ongoing research and scholarship at Baylor. These experiences foster intellectual curiosity, social connection, and continued personal growth well beyond the traditional classroom.
In addition to courses, Lifelong Learning members may participate in Shared Interest Groups (SIGs), a free benefit of membership. These member-led groups allow participants to connect around common interests, extending learning and conversation into the broader community.
Membership in Baylor Lifelong Learning is open to adults ages 50 and over and is required for course registration and SIG participation. Spring courses may fill quickly, and waitlists will be available.
